You will be an IC pro in a simulated crisis and change communication situation. You'll react in real-time, working with "management," including "HR" and "Legal," to create plans and communication pieces. We'll also have ample time to re-cap the simulation and compare lessons learned. Get ready to learn a lot about IC -- and yourself -- in this high-energy session.
